Didirikan pada tanggal 3 Maret 2012, merupakan Lab School Universitas PGRI Madiun. Sejak berdiri sampai saat ini, SMK Cendekia Madiun menjadi salah satu sekolah swasta baru yang cukup diperhitungkan. Terbukti dengan banyaknya piala yang dikoleksi menandakan bahwa prestasi SMK Cendekia Madiun tidak kalah dengan sekolah yang lain.<\/p>\n
